I Got Mail!

Look what arrived for me today…

My aerial yoga hammock! I’m so excited, I’ve been wanting to get one of these for ages and now it’s here! This should be perfect for strength and flexibility training without adding too much load. Great for older dancing gals like me!

Can’t wait to set it up tomorrow. Will post photos once its up and hanging!

I should be doing this in no time — hahaha!

    1. Yes! In theory you are supposed to be able to take the weight off your stretching leg. Or control the weight, so that you can not do so much damage. Especially good if you’re like me and have zero flexibility and are starting from scratch at 35! 🙂
