Today’s class went for an hour and I am feeling great. I focused on pliés, balance, tendus, relevé, retiré, and port de bra. I thought a lot about my core as I did each exercise. I even managed a few more of those pirouette-into-arabesque-thingos — started off by accident, because I am always over spinning on the turn, but then I gave up on the end of the pirouettes and just let myself do what feels right — so pirouette-into-arabesque-thingos it was!
I was trying to get my arms right. I always feel awkwardly lanky. Took a few pics for progress…
